Directive (EU) 2019/882 sets EU-wide accessibility requirements for products and services including computers, payment terminals, e-books, e-commerce, banking and transport services. Member States had to transpose it by 28 June 2022 and apply the measures from 28 June 2025. Service providers may keep using existing products until 28 June 2030 under transitional rules. It is in force.
