GeneratedCouncil Directive 2013/16/EU adapted the EU public procurement directives (2004/17/EC, 2004/18/EC and 2009/81/EC) to Croatia's accession by adding Croatian contracting entities and authorities to their annexes. Member States had to adopt and publish transposing measures by Croatia's accession date and apply them from that date. The directive entered into force with the accession treaty.
