Summary
GeneratedDirective 2014/30/EU sets electromagnetic compatibility requirements for apparatus and fixed installations placed on the EU market, replacing Directive 2004/108/EC. Member States had to transpose it by 19 April 2016 and apply those measures from 20 April 2016. It imposes obligations on manufacturers, importers and distributors, with CE marking and conformity assessment.
