Summary
GeneratedRegulation (EC) No 217/2009 requires Member States to submit catch and activity statistics for vessels fishing in the Northwest Atlantic. Annual nominal catches are due by 31 May and monthly catch and effort data by 31 August of the year following the reference year. Data go to the Commission, which transmits them to NAFO within 24 hours. The regulation is in force.
