Summary
GeneratedRegulation (EC) No 216/2009 recasts the rules on nominal catch statistics for Member States fishing outside the North Atlantic. It requires annual data on landings and transhipments, in live weight to the nearest tonne, for FAO areas 34, 37, 41, 47 and 51, submitted within six months of year-end.
