GeneratedCouncil Regulation (EC) No 1984/2003 requires statistical documents to accompany imports, exports and re-exports of bluefin tuna, swordfish and bigeye tuna, per ICCAT schemes. It applies to Community vessels and producers and to trade with third countries. The consolidated text in force dates from 22 December 2022. Member States report trade data to the Commission twice yearly.
