Summary
GeneratedDirective 1999/13/EC limits emissions of volatile organic compounds from installations using organic solvents above Annex IIA consumption thresholds. Existing installations had to comply with emission limits and registration or authorization requirements by 31 October 2007. Operators may instead apply the Annex IIB reduction scheme or a national plan.
