GeneratedCouncil Decision 97/132/EC approves the EC–New Zealand agreement on sanitary measures for trade in live animals and animal products. It took effect on publication in the Official Journal, following its adoption on 17 December 1996. The agreement advances equivalence recognition, regionalization and veterinary cooperation under the WTO SPS Agreement.
