Summary
GeneratedCouncil Regulation (EC) No 1095/96 implements the agriculture concessions in Schedule CXL, which replaced Schedule LXXX after the accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden. It covers the customs territory as constituted at 1 January 1995, with measures required from 1 January 1996. The Commission adopts implementing measures via the relevant market management committees.
