Summary
GeneratedCouncil Regulation (EEC) No 2407/92 sets the requirements for granting and maintaining operating licenses for air carriers established in the Community. It entered into force on 1 January 1993. Carriers must meet financial fitness tests, ownership and control conditions, insurance and AOC requirements. Licensing decisions must be issued within three months of a complete application.
