Summary
GeneratedCouncil Regulation (EEC) No 793/93 requires manufacturers and importers of existing Einecs substances above 1,000 tonnes per year to submit data to the Commission within 12 or 24 months of entry into force. Lower-volume producers (over 10 tonnes) report within 24 months, starting three years after entry into force. It sets priority lists and Member State rapporteur risk evaluations.
