Summary
GeneratedDirective 91/670/EEC requires member states to accept cockpit personnel licences issued by other member states without undue delay or additional tests, where requirements are equivalent. It covers pilots, flight navigators and flight engineers, and allows private pilot licence holders to fly aircraft registered in another member state under VFR by day.
