Summary
GeneratedCouncil Regulation (EEC) No 2343/90, in force since 1 November 1990, governs Community air carrier access to scheduled intra-Community routes and passenger capacity sharing. It permits third- and fourth-freedom traffic rights and limited fifth-freedom rights, and from 1 November 1990 allows a Member State to raise its capacity share by 7.5 percentage points, with a 60% floor.
