Summary
GeneratedDirective 93/75/EEC requires masters, operators and shippers of vessels bound for or leaving EU ports with dangerous or polluting goods to notify competent authorities of cargo details before departure or entry. It also imposes incident reporting, checklists and VTS and pilot use. Adopted 13 September 1993, it took effect 24 months after adoption and repealed Directive 79/116/EEC.
