1. Executive Summary: The Structural Fallacy of Digital Twin Supply Chain Governance The Chips Act 2.0 correctly highlights that deep dependencies and vulnerabilities across advanced and mature semiconductor value chains create severe geostrategic exposures for the Union.
Thank you for the opportunity to share our feedback. Multiple improvements and positive points to mention. Including a focus on demand side; important, though let's realize that it will take time to have the desired impact. Small question: I wonder how non-EU demand might be included in the methodology. Europe is famous for its high-tech equipment and materials.
Prophesee, a French deeptech fabless born from public research, is the world leader in event-driven neuromorphic vision sensors, industrialised with Sony and STMicroelectronics for embedded AI, from industry to defence: the very position that the text seeks to strengthen.
